Just when you thought a Chanel Advent calendar was as wild and magical as it could get, along comes 2022 with an even bigger selection to choose from.
With big brands and small businesses alike jumping on the bandwagon thereβs never been a better time to get into the spirit of Christmas and get one for yourself or those closest to you. With just a few days to go until December 1st, here are some of my favourites this year.
Advent calendars to add a magical touch to December
Tea Heritage is a Lyon-based boutique company producing delicious and unusual organic teas, which has launched a very special Christmas tea selection this year. Believe me when I say they are a taste sensation and are just something different from the usual kind of sweets or chocolate we all like to indulge in at this time of year.
Now I will never mention anything in my articles that I havenβt tried myself but I did receive one that I knew would be wasted on me but loved by someone close to me. Lakrids by Bulow are the very experts in creating liquorice, a Scandinavian favourite as well as being loved around the world.
Fellow writer Lis-Marie toured their factory this yearΒ and was raving about their sustainability, humble beginnings and passion for what they produce. Their Christmas Calendar contains 24 of their favourite unique taste experiences centred around liquorice mixed with the finest chocolate.
Whilst that sounds like my nightmare, I knew my mum and dad would love to enjoy this for Advent so posted it first class in the Lake District in time for December 1st. I shall wait for updates as to who gets up first and opens the doors each day!
